  • Industrial automation has always played a key role in optimising times and costs, limiting energy consumption and increasing productive efficiency. Sincom is an Italian company specialised in the production of electrical panels and systems for the automation and control of industrial processes. We also produce, depending on customer needs, electrical panels for the distribution of medium and low voltage.

  • All our solutions are type-approved in accordance with industry standards and European regulations (CEI EN 61439) to assure the highest possible functionality, safety and efficiency.

  • All panels are developed in-house, from design to final testing. The installation is carried out directly at the customer’s premises. All panels can be customised according to customer needs and in compliance with sector-specific regulations.

    We work closely and exchange information regularly with our customers so as to develop highly-customised solutions to meet their specific requirements. The feasibility study is of crucial importance: it helps us highlight potential weaknesses as well as areas for improvement.
  • Design

    Our in-house technical department performs a comprehensive study - hardware and software - of the solution. This study represents the starting point for the development of the wiring diagram. Design is a vital stage of our process as it allows to guarantee high-quality solutions and minimize the problems that a complex processing may generate.
  • Manufacturing

    Once the wiring diagram has been approved, the design phase ends to make way for the manufacturing process. Thanks to the great care we put into the choice of partners and materials, we are able to supply high-quality, long-lasting and functional solutions in compliance with sector-specific regulations.
  • Wiring and assembly

    Our cutting and wiring department is equipped with state-of-the-art electronic machines and pneumatic tools. After wiring, assembly transforms individual components into fully customised automation, distribution and control panels.
  • Testing

    Insulation, continuity and short-circuit tests are performed on all panels: this ensures that the highest standards of quality, precision, functionality and performance are always met. The final testing is then performed during installation at the customer’s premises - both in Italy and abroad - and accompanied by appropriate documentation.

Operiamo a stretto contatto con il cliente in un costante scambio di informazioni volto a individuare le specifiche esigenze del caso, nonché la soluzione ideale per soddisfarle.
La studio di fattibilità è di fondamentale importanza: consente di evidenziare eventuali punti critici, e quindi di valutare concrete opportunità di miglioramento.

PROGETTAZIONE

La presenza di un ufficio tecnico interno ci consente di effettuare uno studio preliminare completo della soluzione (hardware e software) e di realizzare lo schema elettrico.
Una corretta progettazione rappresenta un ottimo punto di partenza per garantire prodotti di qualità e minimizzare il rischio di problematiche.

PRODUZIONE

Una volta realizzato lo schema elettrico, il nostro team altamente specializzato procede con l’effettiva realizzazione della soluzione.

CABLAGGIO E ASSEMBLAGGIO

Disponiamo di apparecchiature all’avanguardia per l’attività di taglio e lavorazione dei cavi: i quadri elettrici Sincom sono provvisti – all’occorrenza – di cablaggio bordo macchina.
Assembliamo accuratamente cablaggi e altri componenti per creare quadri elettrici di automazione e distribuzione destinati a diversi settori di applicazione.

COLLAUDO

Collaudiamo uno ad uno i quadri elettrici prodotti. L’attenta valutazione della soluzione realizzata garantisce prodotti finiti funzionali e di elevata qualità, capaci di rispondere correttamente alle esigenze del cliente.
La procedura di collaudo e installazione degli impianti viene effettuata direttamente presso la sede del cliente finale, sia in Italia che all’estero, e viene accompagnata da appropriata documentazione e certificazione.

POST-VENDITA

I nostri tecnici specializzati rimangono a disposizione del cliente anche in seguito alla vendita e al collaudo dell’impianto.
Offriamo infatti un attento servizio di assistenza e manutenzione post-vendita: un approccio che ci consente di porci come interlocutore unico nei confronti del cliente, in un’ottica di ottimizzazione dei tempi e riduzioni dei costi.
